BVS Customer Procedures

Returning Skids:

1. must have an original receipt(s) and the same credit card/debit card (if paid with cards);

2. return skids to the brickyard first and make sure it is called into the office

3. come into the office to process the return.

Returning Interlock:

Interlock returns must be in section/layer. We do not take pieces back. Customers must go to the Brickyard and see a team member to inspect and accept the return and then go to the office with a receipt to process the return.

All smooth Natural Stone, Interlocking and Retaining wall products are FINAL SALE.

Returning Natural Stone: Woodbine Location

Go to the natural stone yard first, down 200 meters from the office, and see a team member to process the return.

They will call in return to the office once the material has been inspected and accepted for return. Go to the office with a receipt to process the return.

Returning Natural Stone: Langstaff Location

Go to the natural stone yard first, Just west of the office, and see a team member to process the return.

They will call in return to the office once the material has been inspected and accepted for return. Go to the office with a receipt to process the return.

All returned material must be in the same condition it was sold in.

Order Pick up Woodbine Location

Orders that are placed over the phone/email.

When you arrive at the Beaver Valley Stone Woodbine location, proceed to the office with your order number.

Do not wait in line. Go to your left and see the team member at the scale desk.

If there is no line in the office, anyone at the front counter can help with your pick-up.

Order Pick up at Langstaff location

Orders that are placed over the phone/email.

When you arrive at the Beaver Valley Stone, proceed to the office with your order number.

See someone at the front counter to Process the pickup.

Picking up material in the Woodbine yard:

Line up at the stop sign that says wait here.
